The 2018 Vans Warped Tour®, presented by Journeys®, goes so far beyond just music. In addition to bringing together bands from various genres and eras of the tour’s impressive 24 year history, the Vans Warped Tour provides guests with an interactive experience from before they even step through the gates. Joining the tour this year are more than 70 Sponsors, Nonprofit Organizations and other activations from partners including VANS, Journeys, Ernie Ball, Equal Vision Records, Full Sail University, Peta2, MusiCares, PRS Guitars, Dickies Girl, Keep A Breast, FEND Movement, truth®, Hopeless Records, Viceland, Student Conservation Association, dailyKARMA, American Red Cross, Ernie Ball Violent, Gentlemen, Hope For The Day and Monster Mutant Super Soda. VWT Founder Kevin Lyman expressed his appreciation for each of these groups sharing “Without partners like these this tour would have never existed, their partnership has allowed us to keep this tour on the road, and to continue bringing music & community around the country for these last 24 years. I truly thank them from the bottom of my heart.” 
 
Full Sail University, based in Winter Park Florida, not only is the namesake of the stage where so many favorite local acts get a chance to showcase their skills this summer, but are also a huge part of the Vans Warped Tour family. We are super grateful for everything Kevin’s done for us and our partnership. A huge amount of people who stage manage and run production are Full Sail grads. A Full Sail person can be found in every corner of this tour.” They will be giving kids information about their college programs while also being the home to Mayday Parade‘s signings throughout the summer.
 
Journeys is returning for their 5th year and are partnering up with a few friends to make this summer the best yet. Every day, State Champs is doing meet and greets at their tent in partnership with Hope for the Day. 121 wristbands are given out in symbolism of the 121 individuals who take their own lives everyday. Additional signings from Movements and Chase Atlantic will be happening across the summer, while an exclusive lounge for Journeys employees and lots of free giveaways will be available to concert-goers.
 
Ernie Ball,  the name behind some of your favorite guitar and bass accessories, are making their home in a bright colored neon tent located in the middle of festival grounds. Skilled guitar technicians are available 24/7 to provide assistance to any of the bands on the tour but also bridges the gap between artists and fans through guitar demos, artist signings and tons of free giveaways from strings to picks. Having been part of the tour for over 20 years, they have had a hand in everything from production to artist relations to designing stages including this year’s Owly.fm and Full Sail stages. “Warped Tour is a great place where we all work together. We will miss everyone.”
 
Dickiesthe iconic work related clothing brand,is returning to the Vans Warped Tour to showcase Dickies Girl with a little help from Keep A Breast and Tonight Alive frontwoman, Jenna McDougall. The Keep A Breast Foundation is a non-profit organization that uses art and educational programs to raise awareness of methods of prevention and early detection of breast cancer. Jenna shares that “It’s super cool being a part of Dickies new chapter for Dickies Girl, especially alongside some boss professional artists and athletes. Skate and punk have always gone together, so Warped Tour, Dickies Girl and Tonight Alive just make sense! I’m stoked to represent the brand because I’ve always dressed androgynously and really identify with the mood of this first launch. I’m excited to see where DG will go next!”
 
Hytch Rewards, a Nashville, Tennessee based app company, is partnering with the Vans Warped Tour to track and reward ridesharing behavior using first-of-its-kind technology. Festival go-ers will earn rewards from Hytch, arriving ready to rock, having done one little thing to save the planet already – save trees. “As a new company in the middle of Music City, we’re thrilled to be sponsors for the fans and bands who are sharing rides together and making this the summer to remember.”

In addition, the tour continues to host a wide array of amazing non-profits and educational workshops for attendees including the annual country-wide American Red Cross blood drive. Individuals who donate blood or platelets at any American Red Cross blood drive in their area during the specific promotion period will get VIP Access to various shows this Summer!
 
The Student Conservation Association (SCA) is the first environmental nonprofit to have a full staff on the tour. They are working with various sponsors across the country for conservation-related games (with prizes!), bands to increase their recycling efforts (everything from bottles to guitar strings and batteries), making/planting pollinator-friendly seed balls with festival goers and more.
 
This summer marks the launch of the FEND Movement (Full Energy, No Drugs) in partnership with the Preventum Initiative. The FEND Movement empowers youth to make a stand against opioids. They aim to engage 50,000 young people between March and August 2018, giving them the chance to earn rewards and prizes as they increase their knowledge and change their attitudes and behaviors in relation to opioids. Youth can participate by downloading the Preventum app and on-boarding to the FEND campaign. They are entered to win prizes including special acoustic sets, autographed giveaways, side stage access and more from bands like We The Kings, The Maine, Waterparks, Mayday Parade, Black Veil Brides, Senses Fail and more.

Other organizations including A Voice For The Innocent, Hope For The Day, Feed Our Children Now!, Living The Dream Foundation and To Write Love on Her Arms will all be involved this summer, just to name a few. Over the past two decades, Vans Warped Tour has built a legacy as the must attend summer festival for rock and music lovers alike. Since its start in 1995 it has provided a platform for established as well as up-and-coming artists, with past performers including blink182, No Doubt, My Chemical Romance, Fall Out Boy, All American Rejects, Sublime, Beck, Katy Perry, NOFX, Limp Bizkit, Paramore, Black Eyed Peas, Green Day, Eminem, Yellowcard, Bad Religion, and countless others.
 
It was previously shared that this would be the final cross-country run for the tour, now in its 24th year. On the upcoming shows, founder Kevin Lyman has shared: “I truly am happy to get the chance to travel around the country one more time to thank you for your support, and bring you another best day ever.”
 
This year, the tour is bringing back countless bands who have rocked Vans Warped Tour over the last 24 years including Reel Big Fish, Simple Plan, All Time Low, Four Year Strong, 3OH!3, Less Than Jake, Underoath, We The Kings, The Used, Tonight Alive and more. Adding to this year’s lineup are up-and-coming acts such as State Champs, Trash Boat, Don Broco, Grayscale, Waterparks, Real Friends, and Movements.
