Zenxienz is a one-man EDM creation that integrates feeling, tropical landscapes, and weirdness into his music. It’s soothing, on some levels. It’s hectic on other levels. Cosmosis isn’t this artist’s first piece of work. It’s music that grows on you, and this particular album will be dangling in your grasp in mid-November.
The music on this album, like all of Zenxienz’s music, has a tribal sound blend of jazz and psychedelic music that can only be described as transcendent. Each song offers something new to your mind and your soul. Where one song may seem fast and panicked, the next may be more of a “moving” vibe.
The true theme here is fighting your inner demons. Zenxienz is an advocate for people suffering from mental disorders and this music is full of passion and selflessness. There is a message in the music that is that music is healing and atmosphere can have a lot to do with healing.
If you’re a fan of EDM, Cosmosis has a lot to offer you. “Flutter” starts the album with some hectic sounds that get you in the groove and seem to be both mesmerizing and motivating. It is followed by one of the tracks that truly stand out on this album. That track is “Fusion Dissolution”. This song is very tribal. Not an instrumental like that previous song, the female vocals on it are divine.
