Temporary Hero’s Indigo

Temporary Hero’s Indigo

This past August Temporary Hero released his newest LP, titled Indigo. An electro-pop producer and performer with an eclectic sound that you can dance to describe most of what you need to know about this act. Well, that and, according to his bio, he seems to split his time between the U.S. Virgin Islands and New England. According to Facebook, his hometown is the Galaxy. A creative soul is he, and he has gotten the accolades to back that up.

  • Billboard USA Club Chart 2015, Top 20: “Wildjoy” feat. Jason Walker

  • Number one on Kings of Spins with numerous tracks, most recently, single “I’m So Insane”

  • MTV The Freshman music video WINNER, 2015: “Circus”

  • Critical acclaim for both recent covers albums TUSK and CHET.

  • Praise from the Chet Baker Foundation for album CHET.

  • Executive Produced and provided music for short film “528” featuring the single “I Want To Fall In Luv With A Human” and scored by Grammy and Emmy nominated producer/musician Mac Quayle (“Drive”, “American Horror Story”)

Indigo is available for purchase through Amazon. An album that, from song one, has a very eclectic and soul-enriching sound. Easily comparable to the music of Ed Sheeran and John Mayer, the title track has a great beat and sound that will appeal to any fan of top 40 pop and dance music. Of the collection of ten songs (one of them a “Stripped” track of this particular song), “Deep Water” stands out the most. This is an amazingly electric and catchy song. You won’t be able to sit still as it plays. The stripped, acoustic version, of this track is pretty great as well.

“Can I Kiss You Now” is another notable track on this newest album from Temporary Hero. It sounds like a combination of Sade and Justin Timberlake. It’s a beautiful song, smooth and memorable. Listen to it here, https://soundcloud.com/temporary-hero/can-i-kiss-you-now?in=temporary-hero/sets/indigo/s-ouzOW.

This is definitely a five-star album, and a must listen to for fans of dance music and top 40 type tracks.
