Steel Panther brought their “Well Hungover” tour to Richmond’s The National on October 9th 2015. The band who is currently still out touring in support of their latest release “All You Can Eat” will tour Canada as well as appearing on “The KISS Kruise”. The show was the second night of the tour which had kicked off the night before at The Norva in Norfolk, VA, and Richmond filled the house to near capacity to catch the profane and humorous glam metal band known as Steel Panther. The band put on an hour and forty-five minute set that spanned their full catalog of hits and had fans cheering and singing along from start to finish. For those who may not be familiar with Steel Panther the show is a nostalgic trip but to the ‘80s hair and glam metal scene of Los Angeles with a dose of comedy mixed in. Fans are encouraged to interact during the show which included a fan being brought on stage to play guitar on “Eatin’Ain’t Cheatin’” and the female fans are brought on stage to join the band during “17 Girls In A Row”. The guys will kick off 2016 on the “Kid Rock Chillin’ The Most Cruise”, and Michael Starr hinted towards a possible June release for a new album.
