Closing out this year’s festival was the band everyone had checked as a must see, Prophets of Rage. The super group consisting of members of Rage Against the Machine, Public Enemy, and Cypress Hill took to the Monster Stage with a vengeance. A 14 song set consisting of a mix of RATM, Public Enemy, Cypress Hill, and a mix of new material from Prophets of Rage had the crowd up and off of their feet. Highlights of the set included “Living on the 110,” “Bullet in the Head,” “Kick Out the Jams,” which saw Tim McIlrath & Zach Blair of Rise Against join the band on stage, and the Audioslave cover of “Like a Stone” which was dedicated to the late Chris Cornell.
