A sold out crowd of 2,000 fans showed up for The Offspring’s latest tour date on Friday night at Silver Springs own Fillmore. Reagan Youth, a “Hardcore Punk” band from Forest Hills, New York started off the festivities. At 9:30 sharp the nights main attraction, The Offspring came on stage. The band is currently on its World Tour playing intimate venues such as the Fillmore, to get closer with their fans. The two and a half hour show featured a compilation of 18 The Offspring’s greatest hits and ended with a resounding encore of “No Self Esteem.” After the show, the fans were provided an opportunity to meet and have their picture taken with Noodles (The Band’s Guitarist) and Pete Parada (The Band’s Drummer).
