Marilyn Manson’s ‘Heaven Upside Down’ tour stopped in Baltimore, MD for a pre-Valentines Day show at Rams Head Live. Over 1500 fans filled the venue to capacity to catch the shock rocker perform.
Manson is currently out touring in support of his tenth studio album, Heaven Upside Down which was released last October. With the singles, “We Know Where You Fucking Live,” “Kill4Me,” and “Say10” the album debuted at the number eight spot on the Billboard charts and made its way to the number one spot on Billboard’s US Top Hard Rock Albums charts making it the highest charting album in over a decade for the band.
Still wearing a boot on his leg from the injury he suffered on stage last fall, Manson took to the stage in a mechanical chair as he started the show off with “Cry Little Sister” from the Lost Boys soundtrack. Manson didn’t stay seated for long as he took to his feet and kicked the set off with “The Reflecting God” from 1996’s Antichrist Superstar. Four songs from the new album made it into the nights setlist with “KILL4ME,” “Revelation #12,” “Say10,” and “Saturnalia” which saw Manson on guitar. The rest of the nights setlist featured classic Manson hits like, “Disposable Teens,” “mOBSCENE,” “The Dope Show,” “Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This),” and wrapped up with “The Beautiful People”.
Marilyn Manson is set to embark on a summer European tour which will get underway on May 30th in and will run thru the end of June. Also look for Marilyn Manson to appear at this year’s Rock USA festival in Wisconsin.
