Ghost At The Norva 6/8/2017

Written By: Brandon Delano

Ghost brought their ‘Popestar 2017’ tour to The Norva in Norfolk, VA on Thursday night.

The band is currently touring the U.S. with Iron Maiden, but have also sprinkled in some headlining shows as well. The last time Ghost played the area was in 2016 for FM99’s Lunatic Luau. Fans lined the block waiting to get in on Thursday as over 1400 fans came out to see Ghost headline The Norva.

Fans weren’t disappointed as Ghost played a 15 song set which kicked off with “Square Hammer” and wrapped up with “Monstrance Clock”. The show was everything fans expect from a Ghost show, great sound, great stage show, and even some of FM99’s own dressed as nuns to give out communion.

The band will continue working on their next studio album and the fall, and fans should look for new music sometime in early 2018.  For all that is Ghost go HERE, and for remaining tour dates go HERE.
