ds|fečo's Single Jihad du Jour
The world is kind of a messed up place right now and that turmoil has given artists and musicians a lot to work with. One person that fits into both of those categories, as an artist and a musician, is ds|fečo and his newest single was inspired by the current hatred and insanity that is happening around the world.

“In light of the recent spate of deadly attacks by lone wolf, “self-radicalized” extremists—Egypt, Sweden, London, Manchester, London again, Iran, etc., etc.—and all past attacks perpetrated by self-radicalized religious ideologues (the Orlando club attack being one of the worst), I started thinking about how to investigate and interrogate the psychic vulnerabilities of a would be jihadist recruit. As a response, I wrote and recorded this song.” This is a quote from David Fetcho, the musical genius that is ds|fečo.

This song is a strange thing to listen to, but knowing how the song was created makes it an amazing track to experience. It can easily be categorized as experimental and has also been described as electro-protest music, as well as electronic orchestral. If you want to hear something unique, check this song out. Keep the volume down a little because the sound can get out of hand.
