The Dead Daisies At The Masquerade 8/19/2017

Interview By: Suzanne Hall

Rock band The Dead Daisies brought their Dirty Dozen tour to the Masquerade on the Hell stage in Atlanta GA on August 19th with opening band The Dives.

There was a great turn out with fans young and old coming out to see the guys along with new fans the band has gained from this show

As soon as the guys hit the stage, fans were in for an awesome non stop 2 hour rock show with songs from each of their albums. The band led by vocalist John Corabi, Doug Aldrich on guitar,Marco Mendoza on bass, David Lowy also founder of the band on guitar and Brian Tichy on drums, interacted with their fans from the get go and they all were having a blast on stage. During the night, a young kid at the show (it was his first rock show), the guys gave shout out to him, he also got to go on stage and play along with Brian on his drums. Marco Mendoza jumped down off stage a few times to interact with fans

Brian Tichy did an awesome 10 minute drum solo, with sticks flying in the air towards the end.

As each member got introduced they all played a song of their choice from AC/DC to Iron Maiden and the crowd joined in singing along.

After their set several fans had the opportunity to meet the guys after the show and get merch signed.

The Dead Daisies are true rock legends and know how to put on amazing rock show, if you haven’t had a chance to check them out on this tour, definitely go check out a show if they are close to you, you will not be disappointed.
