Clutch wrapped up their current U.S. tour at Shiley Acres this past weekend. The band has been out touring with Lamb of God, and Corrosion of Conformity for the past month and are gearing up for their European tour which kicks off in August. The show which also included The Frederick Rock School, Defending Cain, Valkyrie, and Drowning Pool set attendance records for the venue as fans celebrated the 40th anniversary of Shiley Acres. With temperatures in the 90’s Clutch played a blistering 19 song set which spanned their catalog from old to new. The band has been touring heavily since the release of “Psychic Warfare” in October, the album has seen its share of success hitting #1 on Billboard’s Top 100 Rock Albums. For those that missed out on seeing Clutch on this tour will have another chance to see them this fall. The band just announced that they will be hitting the road this fall with Zakk Sabbath and Kyng. The tour will kick off on Sept 28th in Buffalo, NY and wrap up in Worcester, MA on Oct 30th.
