Chris Cornell brought his solo acoustic Higher Truth tour to Richmond’s Carpenter Center on Wednesday nigh. Touring in support of his latest release, the acoustic album “Higher Truth”, which was released in late 2015, the 27 song set spanned Chris’s catalog including many covers. The 1800 seat Carpenter Center was near capacity when Chris took the stage after Fatastic Negrito had warmed the crowd up with his acoustic blues set mixed with his punk attitude. Chris played a set that included songs from his days in Soundgarden, Audioslave, his solo career, as well as many covers.
