Bullet For My Valentine brought their British Invasion tour to Silver Spring, MD on March 1st, 2016. 2000+ fans lined up for several blocks waiting to get into this much anticipated tour which also features Asking Alexandria and special guests While She Sleeps. The tour which has seen sold out show after sold out show has prompted Bullet For My Valentine and Asking Alexandria to team up for a spring US tour which will run thru the month of May.

Getting the night started was While She Sleeps who hail from Sheffield in the UK. They are currently touring in support of their latest release “Brainwashed”, and have been playing their own string of sold out shows in the United Kingdom. The fans quickly got in the mood set by While She Sleeps with fans, crowd surfing, fist pumping, and singing along to several songs. The bands setlist for the night was:

“Death Toll”

“Trophies of Violence”

“Seven Hills”

“Four Walls”

Up next was Asking Alexandria, featuring new vocalist Denis Stoff who joined the band after Danny Worshop’s departure in 2015. With Denis at the front the band has returned to their heavier sound which had been missing since their 2nd album. Asking Alexandria is set to release their fourth studio album, and Denis’ first with the band this month. The album entitled “Black” is set to be released on March 25th. Fans were treated to two new songs from the new album entitled,  ”Gone” and “Undivided”, the full setlist can be seen below.

Closing out the night was the band the fans had lined up and waited hours to get in the doors to see, Bullet For My Valentine. The band touring on their latest release “Venom” last toured the US back in the summer when they were out with Slipknot. This tour sees the band as the headliner and the sold out shows tells us we will see more headlining tours featuring Bullet For My Valentine. By the time the band took to the stage the venue was filled to max capacity with the balcony being completely full and the crowd on the floor going all the way back to the main doors. Fans who may have missed out on this tour will have another chance to catch Bullet For My Valentine when they hit the road in May for a headlining spring tour. The bands setlist is below.
