It’s Boobs, Boobs and more Boobs at a Steel Panther show!

L.A.'s premier glam band brought their profane show to the Motor City

Boobs, Boobs, and more boobs were exposed at the Steel Panther Show at The Royal Oak Music Theatre this past Sunday night.

Artifical Agent, a rock band from Detroit, opened up the show 8pm sharp.  The very energetic group of rockers assaulted the huge crowd with an eight song  set.   Front man Derek Jendza  often posed for the camera and interacted with the audience while Brad Jendza jumped around before falling to his knees and hammered his bass.   Karl Crafton pounded on the drums and Mike Elgert shredded on guitar.

Set List:

“Psychomotor Agitation”

“How to Be Evil”

“Master Blaster”

“Love Won’t Strangle Me”

“We All Fall Down”

“Out of Time”

“Yankee Rose” (David Lee Roth cover)

“Turbo Slut”

Spoofy glam metal band Steel Panther stormed the stage, in their typical ‘80’s fashion, to the screams of the nearly sold out show.   The crowd was painted with both guys and girls in leopard print pants, shirts and headbands.  As expected, you saw it all on Sunday night – including boobs of all shapes and sizes.

The spandex clad members of Steel Panther are: Michael Starr –vocals, Satchel– guitar, Lexxi Foxx– bass, and Stix Zadinia–drums.

The profane foursome took the stage at 9pm and played an amusing, joke filled, seventeen song set list which included quite a few songs off of the band’s 2014 album “All You Can Eat.”

Satchel’s insanely impressive guitar solo blew the minds of the crowd. He jammed parts of “Smoke On The Water”, “Master of Puppets”, “The Trooper”, “Sweet Child O’ Mine”, and “Iron Man” in a medley for the ages.

Clearly, the crowd’s favorite song of the night was “17 Girls In A Row” in which singer Michael Starr called up exactly 17 girls to dance around on the stage with the band.  The girls stayed up there for multiple songs while having a great time interacting with the band.

Steel Panther is a must see band, they truly are an entertaining group!
