PREMIER ROCK FESTIVAL COMING TO CENTRAL VA,
FEATURING OVER 30 BANDS WITH A COMBINED NEARLY
100 MILLION ALBUMS SOLD

Central Virginia based entertainment and promotions company Lynchburg Concerts has just announced the Unveiling of their newest Festival – Blue Ridge Rock Festival.

Blue Ridge Rock Festival will offer a diverse and thought provoking lineup consisting of over 30 bands on the national, regional and local level. The Festival will feature national bands who have combined to sell nearly 100 million albums. These bands include names like Everlast, Drowning Pool, Sick Puppies, Dope, Adema (original lineup reunion), Trapt, Ill Nino, Flaw, Saving Abel and Saliva.

 

The Festival will also feature southern Rockers Texas Hippie Coalition and Moonshine Bandits. In addition to Rock, the Festival will feature a diverse lineup of Rock/Rap hybrid bands such as Twiztid, (Hed) p.e, Blaze Ya Dead Homie, Crazy Town and Whitney Peyton.

 

The Festival will be headlined by Grammy award winning legendary rocker Scott Stapp. Stapp rose to fame as the front man for the legendary rock band CREED who have sold over 50 million albums. Stapp will play a special full band performance of all the CREED hits including their 9 number one radio singles as well as his own solo material.

 

Blue Ridge Rock Festival will feature two stages, a main stage outdoors and a side stage inside the club located on the festival grounds. The Festival will also feature an after party concert inside the club headlined by national rock bands Tantric and Orgy with support from regional and local favorites. The after party will run from 11:00pm-2:00am and will be for those who are 18 and over. In addition to great live music, each stage will feature top of the line lights, sound and special effects.

 

The Festival will be held on September 9th, 2017 (Rain or Shine) at Phase 2 Dinning and Entertainment located at 4009 Murray Pl Lynchburg, VA 24501. VIP Gates will open at 10:00am with General Admission Gates opening at 11:00am, the show will begin at 12:00pm.

 

Profits from Blue Ridge Rock Festival will go to benefit Unified in Mission, a VA based nonprofit that seeks to provide schools, homes and fresh water wells to villages in Uganda.
