June 15, 2017 (Burbank, CA) – Premiering via Yahoo! Music, U.K.-based alternative pop quartet Alvarez Kings have shared a new lyric video for their song “Postcards from Berlin,” off their debut album Somewhere Between. “‘Postcards From Berlin’ is a soundtrack written about the trials and tribulations of band life on the road,” the band explains. “We are extremely happy to release this video at such a poignant time in our journey.” Today, the band kicks off their first-ever U.S. headlining tour, launching tonight in Boston and including stops in Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, and Milwaukee for a performance at Summerfest 2017. The Sheffield, U.K. quartet – composed of brothers Simon and Paul Thompson, as well as Richard Walker and Sean Parkin – just dropped their new album, Somewhere Between, which has already garnered praise from leading outlets, including Alternative Press, The Huffington Post, and Live Nation’s Ones To Watch, who lauded the band for making a “serious impression on audiences across the pond.” Alvarez Kings were first introduced to U.S. fans on the Vans Warped tour and with the 2015 release of their debut EP, Fear To Feel.
