2017 Van Warped Tour

Over 10,000 fans filled the Merriweather Post Pavilion grounds for this years Vans Warped Tour. The 23rd year of the tour saw the touring festival bring a more diverse lineup then years past. With 70 bands spread across seven stages, and plenty of vendors fans had plenty to keep them entertained throughout the day.

Despite temperatures in the 90’s, fans wasted no time kicking dirt up as they moshed to acts like Attila, Bless the Fall, and Emmure.

The day kicked off around 11:30 with Andy Black and wrapped up with Neck Deep closing out the Journeys Right Foot stage around 8:30. Highlights of the day were Barb Wire Dolls who wowed fans over on the Skullcandy stage with their high energy performance, other notable performances were Hatebreed, I Prevail, New Years Day, Beartooth, and of course GWAR.

The Vans Warped Tour continues to bring fans a mixture of up and coming bands, as well as veteran rockers covering multiple genres from punk to pop. This years festival was no exception.
